Ruth Kimball Associate Broker/GRI/ CRS/CBR/CNE

Ruth has been a real estate licensee since 1980 when she obtained her Salesperson’s license and began managing privately owned investment property for the Mt. Mansfield Company in Stowe, Vermont.

 In 1984 Ruth went to work at Evans Realty in Stowe becoming their top producing Agent while working in property management, real estate listings and sales.  While at Evans Realty, Ruth obtained her Brokers license in 1990.

In 1997, Ruth became an associate with Lang Associates, one of the top producing real estate firms in Vermont.  While there, she was awarded Lang’s highest designation of Senior Associate. This designation is only earned by a select number of agents and is based upon transaction volume, continuing education and management recommendation.  Also, Ruth obtained her Certified Residential Specialist designation, the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. Nationwide less than 4% of all licensed REALTORS are CRS’s.  

Ruth moved to Bluffton with her husband Larry in 2006.  She is a Sun City Hilton Head resident working exclusively in SCHH and promoting her active adult community with its many clubs and over $93M in amenities.

Ruth obtained her South Carolina real estate broker’s license in 2010.  Starting her Lowcountry real estate career at MGM Real Estate and in 2013 she joined Weichert REALTORS Coastal Properties where she has received the yearly President’s Platinum, Gold and Ambassador Awards, the highest awards given at Weichert Realtors*.   At Weichert, she was in the top 1% Weichert Associates nationwide.  

She joined Howard Hanns Allen Tate Real Estate in 2025 and continues to be a top listing and selling agent in Sun City Hilton Head.
