R. Matthew Ragan, J.D., LL.M.
Prior to graduating from Jamesville-Dewitt High School in 1994, Matthew was drawn to the real estate industry when he helped open an International Real Estate Franchise in 1992. Following graduation and in pursuit of higher education, Matthew achieved a Bachelor of Arts degree. Having a knack for logical deduction and artful negotiations, Matthew went to law school and achieved the degree of Juris Doctor, J.D. Continuing to follow his passion for real estate and higher learning, Matthew was accepted into the top Master of Laws program in the country with a concentration in real estate and real property development. Subsequent to achieving his Master of Laws degree, LL.M., Matthew joined the Related Group, the number one real estate developer in the United States. Matthew rose through the ranks at Related and held the positions of Director of Sales, Senior Contract Administrator and Project Manager, overseeing over 750 Million dollars in residential real estate sales. Returning to his roots, Matthew joined the #1 real estate team in Central New York. Matthew specializes in residential real estate in the greater Syracuse and Central New York areas.
