With more than 10 years of experience as a real estate professional, I am passionate about helping both sellers and buyers achieve their goals with confidence. I especially enjoy working with sellers, providing honest, realistic, and seasoned advice that helps position their homes to sell quickly and for the highest possible price. For buyers, I love helping them see the potential in a property and envision opportunities they may not have recognized on their own.

My commitment to service extends far beyond real estate. I have been an active Rotarian for more than 25 years and have had the privilege of serving as President of three different Rotary clubs. Community involvement and helping others have always been at the heart of everything I do.

Animals have also played a significant role in my life. I currently share my home with a rescue Doberman mix, and over the years I've enjoyed volunteering as a dog walker at the Sarasota Humane Society and fostering numerous mama cats and their kittens. My love of animals also extends to horses—I previously owned four Percherons and a Shire draft horse, an experience that deepened my appreciation for hard work, patience, and dedication.

When I'm not helping clients navigate the real estate market, you'll often find me in the garden. Landscaping is truly in my blood and under my fingernails. While living in Florida, I owned and operated a successful landscape design and installation company, giving me a unique eye for curb appeal, outdoor living spaces, and the features that add value to a home.
