Born and raised on the coast of Wilmington, NC, I moved to Virginia in 1981 to work in Design Engineering for Newport News Shipbuilding. With my years of experience working as a Senior Designer, IT Project Manager and Agile Product Owner it has uniquely equipped me to be an effective communicator, utilize my time management wisely, educate those working with me, and be a great negotiator, which are extremely useful to the industry. These skills will be used to help find your dream home within your set budget, effectively market sellers' properties for top dollar, and guide investors to secure the best properties to maximize their return on investment. 

When I am not busy pursuing my clients' goals, I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my grandkids, researching stocks to add to my portfolio, and learning what’s going on in the real estate industry.
