Paul Sullivan
Before transitioning into real estate, I proudly spent 31 years with the Port Authority of Allegheny County (PRT) in the maintenance department, followed by 13 years serving on the executive board of ATU Local 85. These roles strengthened my skills in problem-solving, negotiation, accountability, and teamwork—qualities that directly benefit my clients today.
Strong community roots and local insight, built through decades of service and involvement
21 years with the Brookline Community Little League Association, supporting families and strengthening neighborhood connections
Trusted in multiple leadership roles, including:
Coach & Manager
Vice President
Treasurer
Recreation Board Member for Whitehall Borough, contributing to community planning and local quality-of-life initiatives
Brings the same commitment to integrity, communication, and advocacyto every client relationship
I’ve been happily married for 45 years and am the proud parent of three children and eight grandchildren. When I’m not helping clients navigate buying or selling a home, you’ll likely find me cheering on my grandchildren at their sporting events or performing arts programs, traveling with my wife, or exploring new destinations on my motorcycle.
