Nicholas Genova

I have always taken pride in being an individual, and not "following the crowd". Under my eighth grade Catholic school picture is the subtitle, "Leader of the Pack". I applied this distinction to my 42+ year career in the chemical manufacturing business, as a QA Lab Manager, Engineer, Production Supervisor, and for over 20 years a Human Resources Manager. I supported my management career with a BS Degree in Education, and attained an MBA while I working.

The aforementioned qualities, I feel, will enhance my ability to assist my clients as a real estate salesperson. The discipline that I learned through my education and upbringing will supplement my persistence in the real estate business. The interpersonal skills that I acquired while being an HR Manager for a facility with over two-hundred employees, enhances the interaction with my clients.

By "not following the crowd" I hope to distinguish myself from the competition. I want to provide my clients with a different approach to making the buying/selling experience more enjoyable. Foremost will be dedication to my clients, and the trust and integrity I can provide to obtain the best deal possible.
