Nancy works out of the Ballston Spa office and is very familiar with the entire Capital District and its surrounding areas. Nancy has worked with many investors helping them find lucrative properties. She is an investor herself so she is very familiar with how the process works. She loves what she does and it shows by her successes in locating just the right homes for her buyer and working very hard to sell her listings. Nancy says, “It is very rewarding to make people happy and to help them find their dream home”. Nancy has over 25 years sales experience and has been an Associate Broker since 2005.
