Welcome to the Lake Norman area! 

My name is Michael Lyons and I am originally from Birmingham, Michigan. I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Michigan State University and enjoyed many years in outside sales and advertising. Following a love of real estate, I have combined the study of psychology with professional experience in sales, marketing and advertising to represent all buyers and sellers in their real estate interests.

Since 2008 I’ve called Lake Norman home and have a deep knowledge of the neighborhoods, schools, business climate, recreation, and importantly, an understanding of the local residential real estate market. 

Home is your nest where your best memories are made. I understand this because I am living it in Cornelius with my family! A home is a big investment and my promise is that I will earn your trust in that the greatest care will be taken securing the best value for the home you wish to sell and/or in helping you find and purchase your next nest you can call home.

I’m all about work-life balance too. When I’m not helping buyers and sellers, I love to spend quality time with my wife and son. As a family we volunteer with St. Mark’s Catholic Church, Huntersville in the ’Room In The Inn’ Community Life Commission and with Ada Jenkins Center Food Pantry via Boy Scout Troop 323. I also pursue passions for playing hockey, sailing on Lake Norman, mountain biking, and playing my guitars.
