Mark Preddy

Mark has a passion for assisting new, experienced and veteran agents succeed and navigate the systems, training, marketing, tools and technology to grow and operate a real estate business in today's marketplace.

As Branch Leader for both the Raleigh-Falls of Neuse (Broker-In-Charge) and Apex Center Street Branches and in the role as the Howard Hanna Allen Tate NC Risk Management Specialist...His focus is on helping the individual agent, teams and team members foster and cultivate their client relationships and personal database to build a foundation for a fulfilling and long term career choice. The ultimate purpose being our mutual clients achieving the personal pride, satisfaction and investment in home ownership.

Mark was born here in the Triangle Region, raised here, family here, attended schools here, real estate sales career here, management and leadership experience here and he knows the people and market here in the Triangle!

He is also an award-winning career professional with more than 29 years of real estate and new homes experience, including positions as broker-in-charge for a local large residential real estate firm and manager of a top-producing real estate team. Prior to his real estate career, he worked in the insurance industry as a personal lines underwriter, office manager, supervisor and instructor, with extensive training in Risk Management .

An active and engaged industry professional, Mark is a Past Associate Vice President of the Franklin County Homebuilders Association, past Affiliate Member of The Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County,  the North Carolina Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders. Additionally, he is a member of the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors®, the North Carolina Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. As a North Carolina Real Estate Broker and Broker-in-Charge, he also holds the CPCU Designation ( Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter), from the Insurance Industry.

Mark is a member of the Franklinton Masonic Lodge #123, a past member and officer of the Franklinton Fire Department, past vice president of the Franklinton Lions Club, past vice president of the Franklinton Chamber of Commerce, and past president of the Franklinton Recreation Park, Inc.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multi-Disciplinary Studies from North Carolina State University, and is a member of the school’s Wolfpack Club.
