My background prior to real estate was mostly in the legal profession, making me a seasoned multi-tasker. Coupled with a keen interest in art and having remodeled three personal homes, I bring a strong combination of multi-tasking and vision to the table, along with over 18 years experience.
I grew up in McDowell County and returned to Western North Carolina in 2003 after 16 years in San Francisco. I attended Appalachian State University, and then graduated from Peace College in Raleigh with an Associate Degree in Business. I also later studied Art at Georgia State University.
After returning to North Carolina, I earned my real estate license and subsequently went on to get my Accredited Buyer Representative, Accredited Luxury Home Specialist, and NAR GREEN designations. I also bring to the table over 25 years of legal experience, making me a seasoned multi-tasker with a high level of attention to detail.
My husband, Billy Sproul, and I are both artists. I have dabbled in a variety of creative arenas but currently enjoy working with water color, mixed media and clay. I am also a gardener, and love pickleball! AND I’m in love with my two “children”, Jiggles and Georgie …our cats!
I am excited about helping others find their dream in Western North Carolina as my husband and I have. I stand ready to provide tireless, detail-oriented and enthusiastic assistance that you will come to appreciate -- with a sense of humor on the side.

A portion of every sale I make is contributed to the REACH Fund by Homeward Bound of Western North Carolina, an organization dedicated to ending chronic homelessness in our area.
