Maria Nowling

Maria Nowling is a dedicated and passionate Realtor® who has enjoyed helping people navigate the ever changing Charlotte real estate market since 2006.

Growing up as the daughter of a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army, Maria was blessed with the opportunity to learn and absorb many cultures, traditions and cuisines during years of amazing adventures afforded by her Army experience. The regimented Army lifestyle instilled discipline, organization and a great work ethic, all important qualities for a Realtor® in today’s highly competitive and dynamic marketplace. Stationed in multiple locations throughout her father’s 20 years in the service, Maria understands the relocation process and felt it important to acquire a relocation certification in order to better assist anybody who is considering relocating whether it be local or global.

Eight years of teaching middle and high school choir and K-6 general music has sharpened Maria’s abilities to think outside of the box and creatively solve problems in a professional manner while reminding her to always keep a sense of humor. These are skills that have proven to be instrumental to successful real estate negotiations.

After earning Rookie of the Year, Maria has since closed over 50 million dollars in real estate transactions. She is proud to have earned, on more than one occasion, Client Relations Associate of the Year, Mortgage Partner of the Year, Insurance Partner of the Year, and Most Valuable Team Player.

Maria currently resides with her firefighter husband, and their two rescued dogs (a Chihuahua and a Chiweenie) just south of University City in Charlotte. Reading mysteries and thrillers, watching scary movies, travelling, glamping and volunteering for the Greater Charlotte SPCA are some of her favorite things to do in her spare time.
