Chris and Lori McGowan, The McGowan Group, are very proud to say that after a combined 32 Years of Experience in the Real Estate Market, last year, in 2022, almost 90% of our business came from past clients buying and selling again with us or, from personal referrals from our past clients, friends, neighbors and other Real Estate Agents!

We are working with past client’s children, to buy their first, second and some, now their 3^rd homes.  We are working with our past clients parents, whether they are moving into the area from other parts of the country, downsizing to a smaller home or moving on to a retirement and assisted living location.  We understand how challenging these moves can be, and we give them as much support as they need to make the transition as worry and stress free for all the family members.

Our most valuable asset to our clients is our experience!  We’ve seen it all!  We’ve worked through good and bad markets, buyer and/or seller markets, resale and  new construction homes, relocations and foreclosures.  We have the tools to help our clients navigate through it all.
