As a Hampton Roads native, I have a deep connection to this area and an understanding of what makes its communities so special. I’ve lived throughout the region and west to Richmond, and today I call Norfolk home. That experience gives me a unique perspective when helping clients find not only the right home, but the right place for their next chapter.

I specialize in residential real estate, with expertise in luxury homes and helping seniors and their families navigate important housing transitions. As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), I understand that downsizing, selling a longtime family home, or planning a move later in life often involves much more than the real estate transaction itself. My goal is to make the process feel manageable, thoughtful, and as seamless as possible.

My clients know me for being hands-on, honest, responsive, and calm under pressure. I’m a strong negotiator and a trusted closer, but I also believe listening, communicating, and following through are every bit as important.
