When Lauren Fox was just ten years old, her Mom told her that maybe she should be a journalist because of her love of asking questions.  Lauren has turned that inquisitive nature (and her Journalism degree from the University of Alabama) into a career as one of the top Real Estate Agents in the Greater Charlotte Area.

You may wonder why is asking questions so important in Real Estate?  The answer is that by finding out what is important to you, the client, (above and beyond the standard questioning of how many bedrooms and baths that every agent asks), Lauren is able to locate for the client the perfect home, in the best neighborhood with the desired lifestyle.

When Lauren first moved to Charlotte NC in 2007, she was blessed with the expertise of an Allen Tate agent who asked these questions.  With that agents’ guidance, Lauren and her husband, Jeff, found a perfect home and community.  When the Fox family grew to include two children – Brodie and Natalie – Lauren was now their agent and was able to find a new home in the same zip code – just seven miles away, door-to-door!

To her clients, Lauren is known for her attention to detail and for her involvement in every aspect of the sale – before, during, and after closing.  In 2016 her exemplary dedication and work on behalf of her clients was recognized by awarding her the prestigious Barbara Tate Legendary Service Award.

Whether you are moving in-town or relocating from across the country, Lauren Fox is the agent you want in your corner due to her extensive knowledge and experience with hundreds of families across all life situations.  This includes her own personal experience of moving from New Jersey to Alabama to South Carolina to North Carolina.

In 2018 Lauren began investing in Charlotte via the purchase of rental properties.  This quickly became one of her passions.  Whether she’s helping an out-of-state investor or a local client looking to diversify their portfolio, Lauren has the knowledge and experience to guide you through every step of your investment home purchase.  She is also a noted speaker and panelist on the subject of investment homes. 

In addition to her successful Full-Time Real Estate career, Lauren is involved in her children’s public schools and activities (Brodie tennis, Natalie cheer).  She also enjoys taking care of herself by working out and keeping fit at Club Pilates at least 3 times a week.  Lauren loves reading and keeping well informed, as well as enjoying the cultural, sporting, dining, and nature offerings available in a thriving city like Charlotte.  Lauren and her family look forward to traveling and try to go one one Grand Adventure each summer to truly experience the world!
