Larry & Eva Bell

Larry and Eva Bell are known as THE BELL TEAM within Howard Hanna Allen Tate and among other real estate professionals.  During the past 22+ years, they have invested in various residential properties and have been representing their real estate clients for the sale and purchase of various properties within the communities of Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, and the surrounding areas. They are enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and dedicated professionals who know properties within these communities, and they are eager to provide real estate services to their clients.     

Prior to entering the real estate profession, Larry Bell was employed nearly 34 years in Human Resources within the automotive industry.  His responsibilities included assignments at the Company’s U.S. based World Headquarters, various division, staff, and manufacturing locations including international assignments in China, Poland, Japan, and Mexico.  Larry possesses a B.S. Degree and an M.S. Degree from Indiana State University. 

Larry is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, SC Association of Realtors®, and Hilton Head Island Association of Realtors®.  Larry also served as an active member of the Community Service and Special Events Committee - Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors®, Board of Directors – The Sea Crest Condominiums, and Kiwanis Club.  He is also a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Hilton Head Island.

Prior to entering the real estate profession, Eva Bell was employed 16 years in financial services for the automotive industry at their corporate headquarters.  She held numerous leadership positions in Marketing, Finance, and Bank Relations.  She was also employed nearly 14 years as a Reading Specialist and Elementary Teacher in various public schools in Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan.  Eva possesses a B.S. Degree from Indiana State University, and an M.A. Degree from Eastern Michigan University.  

Eva is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, SC Association of Realtors®, and Hilton Head Island Association of Realtors®.  Eva also has served as an active member of the Community Service and Special Events Committee – Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors®, Indigo Run Women’s Club, and President - Board of Directors, Indigo Run (River Club Community).  Eva also served as a member of the Pastoral Care Committee – First Presbyterian Church of Hilton Head Island.  She is a past member of the Hilton Head Island Symphony Orchestra Chorus, and a present member of the Choir at the First Presbyterian Church of Hilton Head Island.  She is also a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Hilton Head Island.
