Kim Peron Ranno

I have lived in Chesapeake for the past 16 years and love living in this community. I was born and raised in Virginia Beach, where I graduated from Cape Henry Collegiate. I then continued my education at George Mason University where I received a BA in English. After College I moved back to the area and my husband and I decided to start our life in the Hickory section of Chesapeake. I am a wife and mother of two wonderful children. Both of my children attend Hickory Schools. I enjoy watching my son march in the marching band, and to see my daughter dance for her local dance team. My hobbies include reading, going to the beach, and cake baking.  I take great pride in my home town, and know the area well. I have always considered myself a helper, which is one of the main reasons I chose this profession. Whether it is helping sell your home or finding the home of your dreams, I will help make the process go as smoothly as possible.
