Kim Fox

In fall of 2003 I purchased a home in the lovely village of Blowing Rock, and have been fortunate to call the High Country my fulltime home since 2008.  I was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, so while not always a mountain girl, there is an immense love for the mountains in my heart and I could not imagine living anywhere else!  This beautiful area is where I met my husband Steve and we were married in 2009.  Steve is a local general contractor and together we own Steve Fox Construction and specialze in renovations.

I have a creative nature and love music, and have played the piano since I was 7 years old. One of my greatest joys is cooking with Steve. 

With a background in finance and banking, I made the decision to become a realtor in 2016, and it has been a perfect fit for me.  I love providing excellent service to both buyers and sellers! While buying and selling properties can produce its own level of stress for clients, I use an effective mix of southern charm and tenacity to produce a successful transaction while helping to keep the anxiety level low.   One of the greatest joys for me in my real estate career has been the relationships with my clients that have remained long after the transaction has been completed.
