Meet Kevin Lombard, a dedicated Realtor with roots tracing back to the picturesque coast of Southern Maine. Originally from Maine, Kevin is a UConn alum, where his journey included not only academics but also being part of the track and field team. It was during this time that he met his now-wife, Sandy. Following their marriage, the couple chose to return to Maine to raise their family, which includes two boys.

Kevin boasts a rich fifteen-year history in Sales and Management, contributing to one of Connecticut's largest building material supply companies. Transitioning back to Maine, he carved a niche in professional contractor sales before delving into the design and drawing of homes for residential construction. This experience not only honed his skills but also instilled in him a profound appreciation for home construction and architecture. After taking a break from this, Kevin began a fourteen-year career in Municipal Recreation. Finishing as the director for a city of 18,000 residents and a full-time staff with hundreds of volunteers.

In pursuit of coastal living and family proximity, Kevin and Sandy made the strategic decision to relocate to Bluffton/Sun City Community. The Lowcountry's charm captured their hearts, and the absence of snow shoveling was a welcome bonus. A true community advocate, Kevin actively volunteers for various boards and clubs in Sun City and the City of Hardeeville. Simultaneously, he cultivated a thriving home project service in the Sun City Community, benefiting both existing residents and newcomers to the area and working for over 150 residents.

Kevin's fascination with real estate ignited during his time collaborating with various agents on their repair request. Conversations with these professionals inspired him to pursue a Realtor License. In recent years, Kevin seamlessly melded his extensive background and local insights, propelling him to become one of the most rapidly ascending real estate agents in the Sun City area. Having successfully assisted over 100 clients in both buying and selling, Kevin is renowned for his distinctive approach and value-added services, earning him national recognition multiple times. Known for his hard work, patience, honest service, and meticulous attention to detail, Kevin understands the value of trust.
