Kevin Crossan

A native of Southern NH, Kevin moved to the Piedmont Region in 2015 and is proud to call NC home. Having been self employed in service-related businesses throughout most of his adult life, Kevin adapted almost immediately to the thriving Real Estate industry here in central NC and has been a licensed broker since 2016. His philosophy and approach to his clients is that he is in the ’Helping People’ business and uses his passion for all things Real Estate as a medium. As a Listing Specialist, Kevin also loves working with Buyers from 1st timers to downsizers and everything in between with extensive experience in assisting folks looking to relocate in or out of NC. In the spaces between servicing his clients, Kevin is obsessed with landscaping projects, gourmet cooking and perfecting his grill mastery, random romps through wooded trails, mountain biking, loving on his dogs and all things music. Kevin currently resides in Elon with his husband Scott and 2 Lab Mixes, Halley & Comet.
