I’m Ken Longo, and since 1986, I’ve proudly served as a licensed Realtor®, earning the trust of clients and colleagues alike as “The Professional’s Choice.” With decades of experience and a passion for helping people navigate real estate with confidence, I bring a results-driven, service-first approach to every transaction. 

I hold designations as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and Residential Relocation Specialist (RRS). I’m also a Circle of Excellence multi-year award winner and a Professional Speaker for VHDA’s First-Time Homebuyer Program, where I educate and empower new buyers. 

My specialties include working with military and NATO families, relocation clients (both local and international), move-up and downsizing buyers, retirees, and real estate investors. I’ve had the privilege of working extensively with SEAL Team 6, enlisted and civilian personnel, offering discretion, insight, and tailored service. 

I coordinate everything from prequalification and alternative financing to post-sale vendor services, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. As a professional negotiator, I advocate fiercely for my clients’ best interests. I also work closely with Property Owner Associations and currently serve as President of the Breezewood Villas Condominium Association. 

Since 2018, I’ve been part of Mike Ferry Coaching, and I actively contribute as a One-on-One Role Play volunteer to help sharpen my skills and support my peers. I also serve as Master of Ceremonies for Howard Hanna Awards Events and have been a proud member of the Town Point Club’s Membership Committee since 2015.
