Katrina Richards

Originally from Upstate NY, I moved to Charlotte in 1996. I obtained my Bachelor's Degree in both English and Elementary Education while playing college softball and basketball. Being involved in sports has taught me an incredible work ethic and is a large part of who I am today with my team work mentality.

Being a previous Elementary School Teacher in Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools taught me patience and mentoring skills that are priceless to this profession and to the growth of other agents in the office and leaders in the region for which I am responsible.

Serving both NC and SC, buyers and sellers, as well as connecting friends and family with REALTORS in their locations across the country and internationally, has been a passion of mine since getting licensed in 1998.

I pride myself on customer service, efficiency, responsiveness, resourcefulness, education, patience, results and overall communication. These attributes have allowed me to be successful doing something I LOVE to do every day.

Technology is everchanging and is changing our profession tremendously. Although most are averse to change, I consistently try to "keep up with the times" and enjoy watching others embrace the changes as well.

When spare time enters my life, I enjoy exercising, spending time with family friends and playing tennis and golf.  I've also been known to enjoy going to see a live comedian or two when they're in town!!

This is a fantastic and challenging career, I work for the best company in Charlotte and have a great support team. It is truly an honor to be able to make a difference in people's lives daily!
