Justin Hardee

I’m a proud Cleveland native, NFL veteran, entrepreneur, real estate investor, and lifelong learner who believes growth never stops.

My journey has been built on discipline, resilience, and a willingness to embrace new challenges. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Master’s Degree in Education, and Master’s Degree in Sport, Recreation, and Tourism from the University of Illinois. Education has always been important to me because I believe the most successful people never stop learning, no matter how much they accomplish.

For nearly a decade, I have competed at the highest level in professional football. The NFL has taught me invaluable lessons about preparation, teamwork, accountability, perseverance, and performing under pressure. Those same principles now guide me in every area of my life, from business ownership to real estate investing.

As I continue my professional football career, I am also building my future beyond the game. I have developed a strong passion for entrepreneurship, wealth building, and real estate. My goal is to create long-term opportunities through strategic investments, real estate acquisitions, and development projects that positively impact communities while building generational wealth for my family.

I recently joined Howard Hanna because I am excited to expand my knowledge of the real estate industry and surround myself with professionals who can help me continue growing. I understand that success comes from staying coachable, asking questions, learning from experienced mentors, and constantly improving my craft. I approach real estate with the same mindset that helped me succeed in football: show up every day, put in the work, and strive to get better.

Helping people is something I genuinely enjoy. Whether through my annual youth football camp, mentorship opportunities, community involvement, or helping clients achieve their real estate goals, I believe in creating value and making a positive impact wherever I can.

My long-term vision is to continue growing as an investor, developer, business owner, and real estate professional while remaining committed to serving others. I am passionate about learning, building meaningful relationships, creating opportunities, and leaving a legacy that extends far beyond athletics.

At the end of the day, I am simply someone who refuses to stop growing. I’m excited about where I am today, but I’m even more excited about where I’m headed and the people I’ll be able to help along the way.
