Originally from Southern Maryland, Julie grew up living on the Chesapeake Bay. She landed in western North Carolina as a college student, where she first found affection for the charm of the Carolinas. Sales and Real Estate have been standard commentary in her family, so Julie finds a natural love for the business.

Julie holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Stevenson University in Baltimore MD. Before Real Estate she worked in small business marketing. She values the role small business plays in the community, and used branding and online messaging to elevate their image. Julie started her career in Operations working for leading accounts in a Fortune Global 500 Company. She developed Marketing Best Practices which were adopted company-wide, and still used today.
