Being a native Toledoan, I have explored & become familiar with the diverse areas within the Toledo Metro area. These areas include neighborhoods reaching from Sylvania to Perrysburg, Ohio and north to Lambertville and Temperance, Michigan and many in between.

Experience matters. Whether a first time buyer or investor,  a move up buyer, relocating or executive buyer or if it's time for downsizing, I love to help my clients find just the right home to suit their wants and needs! And whether for a move up buyer or it's time to downsize, experience in staging, pricing, negotiating and more helps my clients through what can be a challenging selling process! Being licensed in both Ohio and Michigan, I've been able to ease the buying process for those buyers wanting to search in both areas. Being involved in many Relocation sales, I've been able to assist in easing my clients move, whether into or out of the area. Being a full time and available Realtor, I've been accessible to my clients according to their schedules!

Prior to becoming a Realtor, I was an Occupational Therapist and worked in a variety of settings. My priority was to listen to my patients' goals and guide them to achieving those goals. Over the past 20 years, my priority as a Realtor remains the same - listening carefully to my clients goals & guiding them throughout the Selling and/or Buying process to reach those goals!
