John Holtzman

A native of Paxtang Boro and currently residing in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, John Holtzman has been surrounded by real estate his whole life.  His dad, Jim Holtzman, and uncle, Ray Davis, have a combined over 75 years in the real estate industry.  Since becoming a realtor in 2017, John has enthusiastically helped hundreds of clients with buying and selling homes and has annually been recognized as one of Howard Hanna's Best of the Best and Top 5% Nationally on Homesnap. 

Before his career in real estate, John was a high school art educator for 12 years. He obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Art Education from Ohio University in 2007 and his Master's Degree in Educational Leadership & Policy from Shippensburg University in 2016. In addition, John is a member of the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, Paxton Presbyterian Church, and a Community Publisher for Harrisburg's: The Burg newspaper.  He has an extensive background with listing homes and working with buyers and servicing ALL of the Greater Harrisburg region.
