Hi, I’m Jim Duncan, and I have been advising buyers and sellers with their Real Estate needs since 1999. I have worked in nearly every area of the real estate industry including new construction, foreclosures, short sales, investors, 1st time homebuyers, residential re-sales, luxury homes, and purchases. Born and raised in the Triad I know the area well. I have teamed up with Smith Marketing to provide our community and all our clients the best and most experienced real estate assistance possible.
