She went on to hold leadership roles at Milliman and Ayco (a Goldman Sachs company), including Director of Retirement Services.
In 2020, Jillian transitioned into real estate, quickly establishing herself as a standout performer. During her time at Coldwell Banker Prime Properties, she closed and pended nearly 200 transactions within four years.
