Before transitioning into real estate full-time in 2016, Jessica spent over a decade in event planning and project management, most recently serving as Events Manager for the respected Crain’s Cleveland Business. In that role, she managed complex timelines, coordinated multiple stakeholders, and ensured every detail was executed seamlessly — often under significant pressure. Today, those same project planning skills allow her to expertly navigate inspections, negotiations, home preparation, and the many moving parts of a successful transaction.

Jessica also specializes in downsizing, guiding clients through what is often both a logistical and deeply emotional transition. She understands that these moves involve far more than square footage — they require thoughtful planning, clear communication, and steady leadership. Known for bringing structure and calm to complex situations, she helps her clients make confident, well-informed decisions while feeling fully supported every step of the way.

Having spent nearly two decades living, working, and investing in Cleveland’s vibrant urban neighborhoods — from historic homes to marquee new developments — Jessica offers clients valuable perspective shaped by firsthand experience. Today, she resides in her hometown of Hudson, Ohio with her husband, daughter, and two beloved rescue dogs, Huck and Otto.
