Jennifer’s philosophy is simple: clients come first, no matter if the client is an experienced developer or a first-time home buyer.

A native of Cabarrus County, Jennifer proudly serves her home community as a dedicated public servant, steadfast supporter of various local organizations, and the Team Lead for Team Honeycutt at Allen Tate Realty. Jennifer’s background in the tourism industry and knowledge of the North Carolina piedmont area gives her a competitive edge in local and corporate relocation. Leveraging her skills as a public speaker, and certified coach, Jennifer prides herself on her ability to listen to your needs and advocate for them with uncompromising integrity.

With over a decade as a local business-owner of AIM Tours, a group tour company, Jennifer built a solid foundation as an ambassador to visitors and citizens alike. In 2014, Jennifer became the youngest female ever elected to the city of Concord’s Council (https://concordnc.gov/Government/City-Government/Council); a testimony to her dedication to the community and its people. She serves on numerous boards and committees and is a strong champion of animal welfare, housing stability, hunger relief and smart planning/infrastructure. She was elected to Business Today's Top Women Leaders, Class of 2015.

Jennifer and her husband love calling Concord their home with their three children and precious grandson. She enjoys time in the garden, searching for the perfect cup of coffee and anything to do with sun and sand.
