Jason Waller

I’ve been working in real estate here in the Mooresville and Lake Norman area for the past four years, but my path here wasn’t exactly a straight line. I’m originally from Colorado, and before I ever got into the housing market, I was serving in the U.S. Navy while stationed in San Diego. That time in the military taught me a lot about discipline and getting the job done right—traits I bring to the table every time I’m helping a client buy or sell a home.

For me, this business is personal. I’ve been married to my wife for 22 years, and we know exactly what it’s like to pack up a life and move across the country to find the right place to raise a family. We’ve raised two great kids who are still close by—our daughter is living in Charlotte and our son is down in North Myrtle Beach.

When I’m not tracking the local market or negotiating a deal, I try to take full advantage of why we all live here in the first place. You’ll usually find me out on the boat enjoying the lake or spending a morning on the golf course.
