Relocating, especially with children, can be challenging. You learn a lot along the way of what not to do and recognize those people during the journey that truly helped in that transition. My clients would describe me as transparent, honest, result driven and aligned with their goals.  My goal is to serve my clients with integrity while making the best deal for my people, which may mean thinking outside the box in this exciting and challenging market.

Before Real Estate I was under the Hospitality umbrella for 20 + years and it enabled me to work with a diverse clientele and peers, while being client centered, so Real Estate doesnt feel much different. I’m considered a “Half Back” by southern standards. Originally from the Pittsburgh area (Go Steelers!) and then moved to South Florida before moving halfway back to the Raleigh, NC area. Relocating from oceanfront Florida to the heart of North Carolina was not an easy adjustment for my family at first (mostly me), but partnering with Allen Tate was the right decision, and I haven’t looked back.
