Jamie Stanard

Jamie is a lifelong York County resident who brings local expertise, hands-on experience, and a client-first approach to every real estate transaction. A 2021 graduate of Dallastown Area High School, she grew up in the York County area and has a deep understanding of the communities, neighborhoods, and market trends throughout the region.

Jamie’s passion for real estate began early while working alongside her family on home renovation projects starting at just 17 years old. This hands-on experience gives her a trained eye for property value, potential, and the details that matter most to buyers and sellers.

Now serving clients with Howard Hanna Real Estate, Jamie completed over 10 transactions in her first year and has developed strong experience working with sellers while continuing to expand her work with buyers. She enjoys guiding clients on both sides of the process and is especially passionate about helping first-time buyers have a positive, confident experience, even in today’s competitive market.

Known for her strong work ethic, clear communication, and genuine care for her clients, Jamie prioritizes making sure every person she works with feels heard, informed, and supported from start to finish. Her goal is to simplify the process, reduce stress, and help clients make decisions with confidence as they move toward their next chapter.
