Heather Wallace

Heather and her family relocated from Alabama to Morgantown, West Virginia in 2008, so she understands the joys and demands of finding a new home. As a mother of six (and Nonna to a precious granddaughter and grandson), she is also well acquainted with the challenges of balancing location and discovering a house with plenty of room for all.

Heather loves creativity, a skill which has served her well as a successful sole proprietor. As the owner of a small boutique decorating company, Heather helped numerous clients “beautify” their homes, as well as make their spaces more functional. She brings this energy and imagination to assist both new homebuyers as well as seasoned buyers looking for a fresh start.

“I see potential in every home, and I use my passion for design to help people make their spaces unique. I enjoy having a vision for a place, and watching homeowners take that vision and make it their own.”

Heather is knowledgeable in the latest Real Estate and mortgage products, and her education in the home buying and selling processes are a great asset to her clients. Her strong work ethic will ensure that each party will received personalized attention.

She is active in her church and community, and has been involved in many activities relating to children and families. As such, she knows the area well, and can direct new residents to the best possible places. She is very excited to join the Howard Hanna team!
