EXPERIENCE SUMMARY 

A Beaver County native, Hal is a former chief financial officer in the construction and non-profit human services environment. He joined Howard Hanna in 2006 specializing in commercial real estate. Since that time, he has successfully represented many entities in both public and private real estate sales/leasing transactions (industrial, office and land) throughout Western Pennsylvania.  

 AWARDS 

Hal has been elected to the Howard Hanna President's Circle of excellence for career accomplishments.  He was awarded the CoStar Power Broker designation and is a

National Sales Excellence Award Winner.  Hal has also been honored several times as a member of the Howard Hanna Champions Club for being a top producer.

 COMMUNITY SERVICE

Hal has been quite involved in regional economic development highlighted as a former board member of the Cranberry Chamber of Commerce and as Ambassador Committee Chair for the Economic Development Task Force of Beaver County.
