Greg Allmond has spent 20 years of his life as a resident of North Carolina and understands everything this beautiful, diverse state has to offer.
Before entering real estate, Greg, for many years, was a high achiever in technical sales—not only Exceeding annual goals, but engaging clients like Wells Fargo, Bank of America and FedEx in deeper relationships and setting the stage for more meaningful service to them. His tenacity and dedication not only made him a trusted partner of the decision makers within those companies; it also earned him a top 10 ranking of sales producers at Dell, Inc. for several consecutive years. His warm, vibrant, relational personality—combined with his curious and deeply analytical nature—make him a desired partner in your next move, whether you are buying or selling.
Greg and his wife, Joy, are empty nesters and live in Wake Forest with their Cavapoo, Oakley. When he’s not enthusiastically serving clients, he can be found on a Triangle-area pickleball court or in a tournament somewhere in the United States. An elite competitor in the sport, Greg holds more than 40 tournament medals and has even qualified to compete on a national level. He enjoys nature, spending time with his grown sons, and engaging with his local church.
