After nearly five years serving as Managing Broker of the Howard Hanna Williamsburg office, Fred Smith has returned full-time to what he enjoys most—working directly with buyers and sellers to help them make confident real estate decisions.

A longtime Kingsmill resident and multi-time homeowner in the community, Fred has helped hundreds of families successfully buy and sell homes throughout Williamsburg, Kingsmill, Newport News, Gloucester, Hampton Roads, and the greater Richmond area. He also previously served on the Kingsmill Community Services Association Board of Directors, reflecting his deep personal investment in the neighborhood he calls home.
