I am a full-time real estate agent at Allen Tate on Lake Keowee, Seneca, SC.  I live on the lake with my husband and our spoiled cat.  We have two grown boys, one in California and one in college in Columbia, SC.  When my husband and I were figuring out where to begin our Next Chapter, we knew that if we lived on the lake, the kids will ALWAYS come visit, and they do! 

I am originally from the northeast and dreamed of living on a beautiful lake where the weather is mild in the winter and not too hot in the summer.  Throw in the gorgeous views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and that was like winning the trifecta!  We were nervous about moving to an area where we didn’t know anyone, but we now understand Southern Hospitality.  We immediately felt welcomed and have become more involved in community activities than we ever did living up north. 

I decided to share my love of this lake and the lake lifestyle.  With over 30 years of sales and marketing experience, I pride myself on listening to my clients’ needs and working with them to make the home searching and buying experience a pleasurable one.  I take those same skills and help my sellers by marketing their property to feature it in the best way possible to ensure they get top dollar.
