Evan brings decades of entrepreneurial experience, real estate investment knowledge, and deep local roots to his role with the Howard Hanna | Nicki Donlin Team. Known throughout the Hamilton community as co-owner of Parry’s, Hamilton’s modern-day general store, Evan has built a reputation for hard work, integrity, and genuine customer service.

In addition to operating successful local businesses—including Ashling Acres, a boutique lodging property near Colgate University—Evan has spent more than 26 years actively involved in real estate through building homes, renovating and flipping properties, and investing in both vacation and commercial real estate. His hands-on experience gives him a practical understanding of the market from both an investor and homeowner perspective.

Evan is passionate about helping clients identify opportunity, navigate the buying and selling process with confidence, and make informed real estate decisions.
