Erin Waggoner

I’ve lived in Cleveland Heights for 10 years now, enjoying and learning about all the wonderful and diverse experiences the city has to offer.  Not originally a Cleveland native, I started my trek north by attending Kent State University, where I earned my bachelors degree in Communications and minor in Marketing.   Prior to real estate I oversaw the many aspects of running a successful physician recruitment and retention department.  The success of my career was built on my emphasis in sustaining strong, long term relationships.  After nearly 20 years in the business, I’m excited to take my business and relationship building talents to real estate!   

There’s nowhere I’d rather be than CLE! A true Ohio girl at heart, I’ve been a proud Cleveland Heights homeowner with a diverse personal real estate portfolio for over a decade. I can’t imagine living, buying, or selling anywhere else, and nothing makes me happier than sharing all that Cleveland has to offer.   As with recruitment, I consider it a privilege to support my clients as they make deeply personal life decisions and I understand the importance of finding the best fit for each individual and family I serve. 

Why I’m Different

With nearly 20 years of intensive networking experience in the greater Cleveland area, I come to my real estate clients with a unique ability to leverage my robust rolodex of local relationships. I’m known for always keeping my clients’ best interests at heart.  I believe that it is not only my duty to represent my clients to the best of my ability, but also to educate them throughout every step of what can be a very stressful and overwhelming, yet exciting, process.  As a recruiter I was known for finding my physicians their forever careers, and now I’m excited to help my Cleveland neighbors buy and sell their dream homes!   

I Believe In Giving Back

I’m a firm believer in giving back and am particularly passionate about doing that right here in Cleveland.  Locally based non-profit organizations are my favorite!  I’m also always up for an adventure and love investing in our global community. I’ve organized, lead,and participated in many international medical brigades, including trips to Ethiopia, Guatemala, and El Salvador.   

In My Free Time

When I’m not giving back to the community, I love indulging in all the wonderful things Cleveland has to offer.  From sipping wine on my front porch with neighbors, to soaking in the famous Cleveland Orchestra or rooting on the Cleveland Browns, I love everything about this great city! I also recently rescued three kittens discovered at one of my rental properties, keeping me busy and entertained, and officially making me the crazy cat lady!
