Ellen Morgan Branch Leader / Broker-in-Charge

Ellen’s career with Howard Hanna Allen Tate began in 1999, and she became a licensed Realtor® in 2000. Her background spans multiple areas of the industry, including client representation in the Lake Norman office, leadership as broker-in-charge at the Charlotte-University City location, and contributions across the company's marketing, insurance, and builder services divisions before she assumed leadership of the Huntersville office in January 2024.

Recognized for her leadership and dedication to service, Ellen has earned honors including the Leadership Team Phoenix Award (2022), the Leadership Rising Star Award (2023), and the prestigious Barbara Tate Legendary Service Award (2018). She is a member of the Howard Hanna Allen Tate Legends Club, a graduate of the Ninja Selling System installation, and a contributor to the Residential Advisory Committee and the Tate Cares Campaign leadership team.

Ellen earned a Bachelor of Arts in interpersonal/organizational communication and psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. A native of Statesville, she lives with her husband, Allan, in Huntersville, where they raised their two young adult sons. In her free time, she enjoys spending time at the lake, reading, traveling, volunteering in her community, and walking her rescue lab, Buster.
