Welcome!  My name is Beth Vecchio and I have been a licensed Realtor since 1993

 I’m originally from the West Park neighborhood of Cleveland.   I attended St. Patrick’s School and St. Joseph Academy.  You could say I grew up in the business because my mom was a Realtor back then.  I learned to sell houses before there was the internet and now can’t imagine selling a house without it. 

My family and I have lived in Westlake since 2001.  My children attended and graduated from Westlake Schools.  I was very active with the Holly Lane PTA, Parkside PTA and LBMS PTA's.  I even coach a boy’s travel soccer team for many years.  Even though my kids have graduated, I continue to be an active committee member of the Citizens of Westlake Schools and have done so since 2006.   I am a firm believer that strong schools make strong communities. 

Selling Real Estate for over 23 years has given me great insight and in-depth knowledge of the market area and this amplifies my ability to help home buyers in targeting their ideal community and home.  One of the best ways to serve my real estate customers is to know the inventory.  I believe in touring all the new listings every Tuesday during broker’s opens. 

On a professional level I very organized, up on the latest market technologies, experienced, knowledgeable and most importantly honest!  I have a strong work ethic and will make my clients feel like they are my one and only client while I am working with them.  I will make sure my client and all involved in the transaction stay on task until we reach that final goal.
