Beth Ann Boone

I’ve proudly called Louisa County home for over 23 years, where I live with my husband, Tom, and our daughter, Madie. I’m originally from Maryland’s Eastern Shore, and as a young adult I enjoyed the fast-paced restaurant life in Washington, DC. While I loved the energy of the city, Tom and I ultimately chose the quieter, more meaningful lifestyle of Central Virginia—and it’s a decision I’m grateful for every day.

Living in the heart of the triangle between Charlottesville, Richmond, and Fredericksburg, my family and I enjoy hiking in Shenandoah National Park, gardening, exploring back roads, and photographing all that this beautiful region has to offer. My deep love for this area is what drives my passion for helping clients discover Louisa, Fluvanna, Charlottesville, and Orange counties and find a place that truly feels like home.

Before becoming a full-time Realtor, I built a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and customer service. I worked as Director of Sales and Marketing with DoubleTree by Hilton Hotels in both Charlottesville and Richmond, gained valuable advertising experience with The Central Virginian newspaper, and worked in home sales and marketing for a local builder. These experiences gave me a deep understanding of branding, strategic marketing, and how to position homes to stand out—skills I use every day to help my clients succeed.

Real estate was a natural career choice for me, having grown up in a family of realtors. I love that this profession allows me to combine relationship-building, marketing expertise, and personalized service. My goal is always to walk alongside my clients through every step of the buying or selling process, making it seamless, informed, and as stress-free as possible.

Community involvement is also a huge part of who I am. In 2022, I founded Louisa Clean, a volunteer organization focused on cleaning up our community and engaging schools, businesses, churches, and civic groups in caring for the place we call home. I also volunteer weekly at the Louisa County Food Bank, helping feed those in need, and serve as a Chairperson for the Children’s Free Care Fund, which raises money to support families receiving care at UVA Children’s Hospital.
