Selling or buying a home is a journey.  It is a journey that can be an emotional one because home is everything!  It's where we raise our family; live out our dreams; and make memories.  It can also be emotional because for many people it is the largest financial transaction they will make.  It can also be emotional because it may contain twists and turns some expected and some unexpected, and surprises some pleasant and some unpleasant.  It is a journey that requires strategic skills, organizational skills, marketing skills, negotiating skills, action, patience, candidness, empathy, calmness and a sense of humor in the  midst of often changing circumstances and emotions.
