Dayna Pelle

I was born in West Palm Beach, Florida, and moved to beautiful Asheville in high school in 1979. I’ve now spent over 40 years here, raising my two wonderful sons and watching this incredible mountain town grow into the vibrant, welcoming city it is today.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me enjoying everything that makes Asheville so special — biking, running, kayaking, and hiking in the Blue Ridge Mountains. I love our amazing independent restaurants, local art and music scene, and sharing the beauty of  WNC with friends and family.

Music has always been close to my heart. I enjoy attending performances by the Asheville Symphony and experiencing the incredible live music scene that makes Asheville so unique. From intimate venues to larger performances, there’s always something inspiring happening here. There truly is something for everyone, and it’s a wonderful place to call HOME.

Community is very important to me. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of volunteering with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Meals on Wheels, New Direction Ministries, Hearts with Hands, and ABCCM. Giving back to the community that has given so much to me is something I truly value.

Before real estate, I co-owned an upscale furniture and accessories consignment store here in Asheville. That experience not only allowed me to build lasting relationships — many customers became lifelong friends — but also gave me a strong eye for preparing and staging homes. I genuinely love helping sellers get their homes ready to shine and make the very best first impression when they hit the market.

Whether I’m working with buyers, first-time homeowners, or listing a property, my goal is always the same: to make the process smooth, positive, and even enjoyable. Buying or selling a home is more than a transaction — it’s a life moment.  Being trusted to walk alongside my clients during those important moments is something I never take for granted.
