Colleen Anthony

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, I’ve built my career around what I love most, this city, its neighborhoods, and the people who call them home. My appreciation for Pittsburgh really took off at the University of Pittsburgh, where I earned a B.A. in Communications and spent four unforgettable years as a PITT Cheerleader (H2P!). I later returned to Pitt for graduate study in the School of Education, earning my Elementary Education teaching certificate, training that shaped the way I work today: patient, clear, organized, and always focused on helping people feel confident.

Real estate is also deeply personal for me. It became part of our family legacy when my father-in-law founded Albert Anthony Real Estate. In 2008, my husband Phil and I took the reins and had the privilege of leading the company through more than two decades of helping clients buy and sell with success and peace of mind.

In December 2022, we began an exciting new chapter by merging with Howard Hanna Real Estate, the nation’s leading family-owned real estate company. That move gave my clients the best of both worlds: the relationships, experience, and hands-on guidance we’ve always delivered, paired with Howard Hanna’s powerful marketing, technology, and network.

My approach is straightforward: strong communication, complete transparency, and relentless follow-through.
