We are a mother-and-son real estate team!   Our family relocated to Charlotte from Toronto, Canada in 1994.  We have a well-rounded knowledge of the Charlotte area and all it has to offer from our own life experiences, including restaurants, shopping, parks, lakes, sports venues, theater and schools, both public and private.  We also enjoy the proximity to the Beach and the Mountains, the best of both worlds just a short drive away!  We have experienced all that Charlotte and the greater area has to offer and love calling this beautiful city our home!  Chris resides in Fort Mill, SC just south of the Ballantyne area with his wife Meryl, son Cooper (7) and daughter Collyns (12).  Lori lives with her husband, John in South Charlotte, just minutes from our office which is centrally located at Johnston Road and I-485.

We are very proud to say that after a combined 34 years of experience in the Real Estate Market, last year 90% of our sales came from past clients, buying and selling again and personal referrals from our past clients, friends, neighbors, and other Real Estate agents! Our assistant, Susan Garofalo, has been working with our team for 19 years. She is a licensed agent who is ‘hands on’ with our clients throughout the transaction, assisting them with paperwork, loan details, setting up inspections and closings, and the multitude of seemingly endless details for a transaction and move that can be overwhelming to a client to maneuver on their own. 

Our most valuable asset to our clients is our experience! We’ve been through good and bad markets, buyer and/or seller markets, resale, new construction, relocations, foreclosures and we have the tools to help our clients navigate through it all. Our goal is to make every client feel like they are our only client!  We treat all our clients with honesty and respect and give them great service and attention throughout their Real Estate transaction so that they will consider us their Realtor for Life and feel comfortable referring us to their friends and family!
