Before transitioning into real estate, Chris held leadership roles at Corning Incorporated, where he led multimillion-dollar capital projects, managed operating budgets exceeding $5 million, and directed cross-functional teams supporting more than 20 properties and 15 facilities. His background includes HVAC and controls upgrades, lab and office renovations, fire protection systems, utilities, water treatment installations, and large-scale operational improvements.

As the founder and owner of Gabel Contracting LLC, he has spent over two decades working directly with residential and commercial clients — managing budgeting, estimating, scheduling, subcontractors, and quality control. This hands-on experience gives his real estate clients practical insight into property condition, renovation potential, cost forecasting, and long-term investment value.
