Carol Phillips Lee, REALTOR®, From Yinz to Y'All! 

I’ve been involved in the real estate space for many years, beginning with assisting my family in the purchase and management of investment properties. That hands-on experience laid the foundation for my understanding of real estate as both a financial investment and a deeply personal decision.

My professional background is in education, where I served as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal in both North Carolina and Pennsylvania. Working in education reinforced the importance of relationships, clear communication, and advocacy—skills that directly translate into helping individuals and families achieve the dream of homeownership.

I am a proud alumna of Penn State University and NC State University and have lived in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Florida, and New Jersey. I am currently licensed in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and South Carolina, allowing me to serve clients across state lines with insight and care.

Through my Yinz to Y’all specialty, I help Pennsylvania homeowners—especially in Western and Southwestern PA—sell their homes and transition to warmer climates in the Carolinas and the South. Many of the families I work with are downsizing, retiring, or relocating to be closer to children and grandchildren. As a grandparent myself, I understand how important it is to be near family and create a lifestyle that supports the moments that matter most. I help coordinate both the sale and purchase so the move feels seamless and well-planned.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our four wonderful adult children, and our growing family. We proudly call both Pennsylvania and North Carolina home. In the fall, you’ll find us cheering on Penn State—especially the Blue Band—in Happy Valley. We are lifelong PSU fans.
