My passion for real estate runs deep. I grew up in the Philippines, where my Chinese father is a building contractor. Being surrounded by property development and construction gave me an early, hands-on understanding of the industry and planted the seed that brought me here today.

Life on the Move

Over nearly a decade, I lived in five U.S. states and five countries. These experiences were life-shaping opportunities that taught me resilience, cultural awareness, and the emotional realities of relocating. I know exactly what it feels like to search for a new home, manage the stress of moving, and long for a place that finally feels right. This global perspective allows me to connect deeply with clients and truly understand their needs.

Faith & Family

Faith and family are the foundation of my life. Now empty nesters, my chef husband and I enjoy exploring new places, going on pilgrimages, discovering new cuisines, and cooking together. With my children grown and thriving, I’m stepping fully into the calling that has always felt like home—real estate. I’m honored to bring my God-given strengths to every client—the warm hospitality rooted in my Filipino culture, and the empathy shaped by moving across countries and continents.
