Caleb Coaplen Accredited Buyer's Representative

I was born in Louisville, Kentucky. As a child I was fortunate to have adventurous parents that enjoyed the outdoors. We traveled a lot and Western North Carolina was a common destination. I started college at Montana State University in Bozeman and eventually graduated from the University of Louisville with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts. During this time I spent several summers working at Camp Mondamin in Tuxedo NC, which I also attended as a kid. This is also where I met my future wife.

After the summer of 2001 I moved to Asheville and spent a lot of time pursuing a lifelong passion: whitewater kayaking. This eventually led to several jobs in the Outdoor Sports Industry where I worked as a designer and in sales. I then transitioned into the furniture business where I did sales and delivery. In search of more opportunities, I got my real estate license in 2009 and dove into a declining market. This forced me to learn many aspects of the real estate world and I quickly learned that this can be a tough but very rewarding endeavor.

I now have 2 young boys and an amazing wife. I try my best to instill the same sense of adventure in them that I received as a child. We spend as much time outside as possible and enjoy hiking, biking, paddling and skiing. We live in an incredible place with numerous opportunities and I enjoy sharing that with other people.

I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent in North Carolina since 2009. I started my career with a small local firm but decided to broaden my horizons in 2018 when I joined Beverly-Hanks & Associates. The additional support, brand recognition, and access to an award winning marketing department has proven to be very helpful to me and my clients.
